The story

How it went, moment by moment

Getting ready

Sabrina gets ready amid make-up, hair styling and hugs from her family; Ivan with his friends, between jokes and shirts to button up. The details: the shoes, the bouquet, the perfume.

On the way to church

Ivan and his friends walked to the church through the city streets, with a vintage Vespa even making a cameo.

The church ceremony

The religious ceremony was held in church: Sabrina’s entrance, the exchange of rings, the signing and the exit onto the church steps amid showers of rice and applause.

Portraits with a view

For the portraits we took the couple up high, with the city and the river behind them.

The reception at Corte Poli

At Corte Poli the seating plan was in the garden and lunch in the rustic hall. In the park we photographed coloured smoke on the lawn and portraits on the little bridge among the trees. In the evening the garden lit up: the cake with sparkler fountains and an outdoor party late into the night.
