The story

How it went, moment by moment

Two homes celebrating

Mario got ready with his friends: the blue suit, the waistcoat buttons and a banner hanging from the balcony. Axana was with her friends in green robes, with BRIDE balloons, make-up and the white dress waiting by the window.

The church ceremony

Mario waited at the altar as Axana was walked down the aisle, preceded by the children. The exchange of rings, the kiss beneath the veil and the signatures in the register.

Among the arcades and the vineyards

Outside, applause and hugs in the churchyard. Then portraits in the cloister, among columns and arches, the veil in the wind and the sports car with white bows, and a few shots between the rows of vines.

Drinks and dinner at the Rocca

At La Rocca di Rodengo, drinks were served in the garden, in the shade of the trees, with live music. The couple entered the hall to flying napkins, beneath the chandeliers and the white vaults.

Sunset over the hills

As the sun went down we climbed up to the meadow with Axana and Mario, facing the hills of Franciacorta. From the drone, the Rocca surrounded by woods and the sky lighting up over the plain.

Cake, fireworks and party

The cake cutting in the garden, fireworks in the dark and then the dance floor: the couple’s dance through the smoke, the bouquet toss and the party with friends until late.
