The story

How it went, moment by moment

Getting ready

Simone got ready in a bright room, with the blue jacket hanging in the window, cufflinks and bow tie, friends helping him and a toast before leaving. Claudia at home, with the ring cushion embroidered with the date, make-up amid laughter, the lace dress fastened button by button and the dog in a flower collar.

The church ceremony

Claudia arrived at the church in a white vintage car with a lilac bow. The rings were carried down the aisle by the family dog, then the vows, the exchange of wedding bands, the signing and the kiss. On the way out, in front of the church, a shower of petals and confetti.

Portraits by the lake

Before heading to the villa we stopped beside a small lake, among trees and autumn leaves: the vintage car, the wedding rings shown through the car window, hands intertwined and a stroll along the avenue.

At Villa Toscanini

The newlyweds came through the gate into the gravel courtyard, welcomed by their friends, with drinks in the garden and the seating plan framed with lilac wisteria. From above, the drone filmed the guests arranged in a heart around the fountain. Then lunch in the rooms with crystal chandeliers, napkins waving as the couple came in.

The park and the evening

In the afternoon, portraits in the villa’s park: the fountain with its statue, the ivy hedge, the big gilded mirror and the wrought-iron gate, and even a photo with the two dogs. In the evening, the white and lilac cake in the garden amid fountains of light, the bouquet toss and the party in the hall into the night.
