The story

How it went, moment by moment

Getting ready

Luca got ready at home with friends and family: the blue jacket with gold buttons hanging from the chandelier, the shoes, the cufflinks and the ring cushion embroidered with the date. Giada, between make-up and hair, put on the white dress with the veil, the shoes and the pearls, then stepped out into the garden with her bouquet of blue hydrangeas and white flowers.

To church by motorbike

Luca arrived on a red motorbike, escorted by a group of bikers. Giada arrived in the blue car decorated with white ribbons and walked into a frescoed church. The exchange of rings, the kiss at the altar and the signing; on the way out, arms in the air under the white portico and hugs from the guests.

The little stone church

For the first portraits we stopped along a path between stone walls, beside a small old church with the lake behind: kisses, laughter and a heart made with their hands around the rings.

At La Catilina, among motorbikes and olive trees

At La Catilina the tables were named after motorbike brands, and the couple climbed onto the red motorbike on the lawn. After drinks on the veranda, portraits in the park: the ivy arch, the path among the olive trees and the lawn overlooking the lake and Monte Isola. From above, the drone filmed the guests arranged in a heart around the couple.

Cake and party

The couple’s entrance into the reception room was greeted by guests waving their napkins. The white cake with blue hydrangeas was cut on the lawn amid fountains of sparks, then the first dance and the party under coloured lights into the night.
