The story

How it went, moment by moment

The bride getting ready

The morning began with the details: the wedding rings in their little wooden box, the lace dress hanging up, make-up and braided hair. Then laughter and jumping on the bed with friends, the dress to fasten, the veil and the walk down the outside staircase, already dressed as a bride.

The church ceremony

Giuseppe waited at the altar; Gloria arrived in a vintage minibus and was accompanied to the entrance. The exchange of rings, the blessing and the kiss, then out in front of the church amid rice and white balloons, and from above the drone filmed the guests forming a heart on the lawn.

Among the village walls

After church we stopped for a few portraits on the cobbles, in front of the crenellated walls and the ancient stones. Beside the minibus, the couple’s first toast.

Arrival at La Vacherie

The couple arrived at La Vacherie hand in hand along the green, leafy avenue. In the garden, drinks with the buffet in the shade of the trees and live music, and the hall laid with blue hydrangeas and the seating plan on a wooden pallet.

Evening in the park

In the late-afternoon light Gloria threw the bouquet on the lawn, then portraits in the park: under the creeper-covered pergola, at the edge of the pool, on the rock fountain and on the inner staircase, with the bride’s long cape.

The party

The party under the gazebo, with the bride lifted up by her friends and the couple’s dance among the guests, under the evening lights.
