Villa Laghetto Monchery is an old nineteenth-century farm building in Cuirone, a hamlet of Vergiate, in the green countryside of the province of Varese. The park is gathered around a small lake with water lilies and an island reached by a little bridge, among palm-lined paths, flowerbeds, statues and globe lamps; in the rowing boat the couple can take a turn on the water.
The reception hall, with rustic yet elegant interiors, and the terrace overlooking the lake host from 10 to 200 guests, with a ballroom and an indoor bar. Thanks to an agreement with the town council, civil ceremonies can be held at the villa, even on the island; the kitchen is available to the caterer chosen by the couple, and the villa hosts only one event a day.
