Dylan getting ready

Watch, belt, polished shoes: Dylan’s preparations began with the details. Then getting dressed with his friends, the blue suit and the final adjustments to his tie.

Elena getting ready

Elena got ready with make-up and hair, her bridesmaids dressed in olive green. We photographed the dress, the shoes and the jewellery, and the laughter with her friends before she came down the grand staircase.

The ceremony under the pergola

The ceremony took place in the garden of Villa Valenca, under the green pergola, with a live violin accompanying the bride’s entrance. The exchange of rings, the kiss and the exit to applause; among the guests there was even a dog.

Coloured smoke and a vintage Beetle

In the entrance courtyard, on the black-and-white paving, Elena and Dylan kissed amid rainbow smoke beside a vintage Volkswagen Beetle. Then group photos with family and friends in front of the hedges of the Italian garden.

Reception, cake and pool party

After the reception in the villa’s hall, we took the couple’s portraits by the fountain, along the avenue and in the park. The cake was cut by the pool, and from there the party took off: dancing, toasts and music into the evening.
