How it went, moment by moment

The morning of getting ready

Antonino got ready at home: cufflinks, tie and the final touches with his mum. Miriam was in her room, amid make-up, a bouquet of roses, shoes and the dress hanging at the window, right up to the moment of the veil.

“I do” in church

The arrival by car, the bride walking down the aisle and the meeting at the altar. The exchange of rings, live violin and vocals, the signatures and the kiss beneath the decorated vaults.

The exit and the city

Outside, rice throwing and hugs in the churchyard. Then a stroll through the squares, the paved streets and the ancient columns, in the late afternoon sun.

On arrival at the villa, portraits in front of the façade, on the grand staircase and along the railings, and the Italian garden seen from above with the drone.

The reception and the party

The entrance into the hall with the bouquet held high, the toast, the sugared almond table and peonies as keepsakes for the guests. The cake with sparkler fountains in the courtyard, the first dance and the party on the dance floor until late at night.
